Heather has been babysitting for the same family since she was 16 years old. When she went away to college, the family moved to a new house. Their youngest child, Chris, didn’t like the new house and kept telling everyone that it was haunted.
One night, the whole family was going out to dinner and asked Heather to babysit Chris. He didn’t want to leave the house because he was scared of the ghost. Heather told him that they could ask the ghost to leave, and so they did.
Heather and Chris stood at the bottom of the stairs and yelled at the ghost to leave. Chris’s house and that the ghost should get out. As Chris was walking up the stairs to go to the bathroom, they heard the toilet flush upstairs.
They looked at each other shocked, and then the sink came on and they heard footsteps. A full-body aberration of a man stood at the top of the stairs, well dressed, washing his hands and drying them on his pants.
Heather told Chris to run, but he was so excited that he had left. When the parents got home, Chris told them what had happened, and Heather corroborated his story. The parents were no longer impressed with Heather’s babysitting skills, but she was glad that she had helped Chris get rid of the ghost.
